Working principle
1.In the system, the wet material is fed into the hopper by a belt feeder.Then a lot of hot air from the fuel furnace enters the heating tube in the drum, and then the wet material in the drum is dried.Through this indirect heating method (the hot air is separated from the material), it can avoid accidental fire caused by high temperature, avoid material overflow in the drying chamber, and protect the final drying quality.
2.When the material is running on the drum, it is kept in suspension with the heating tube with the rapid flow of hot air inside, the water evaporates at the discharge hole, the moist air is continuously discharged, and the material is dried.

Working processing
1.The sawdust is put into the drum dryer by the belt conveyor system, and the field treatment is carried out by the flat plate device evenly distributed in the lifting drum.
2. Sawdust is evenly distributed in the rotary drum drying cylinder, and then fully contact with the heating tube, mass transfer heating.
3.In the drying process, under the action of plate material and heat treatment in the rotary drum dryer, the material drying is uniform and effective.
